Christmas morning started about 8am at our house. Ben was so excited! Abby & Will had no idea what was going on but they caught on quickly! Ben raced down the stairs and was so excited to see his new race track & Stuffie! Abby & Will ran over to their new play kitchen and started cooking! This year we "downsized" Christmas. Every kid got 5 presents from us-I tend to go overboard when it comes to gifts and this year we wanted them to enjoy their gifts not be overwhelmed with too many. Ben passed out everyones gifts and the kids took turns opening! The babies jumped right in and became gift opening pro's! After gifts we had bubble loaf and GG's banana bread! Then it was back to playing with all their new toys!
We went to Carol & Jimmy's for brunch with has great and got to spend some time with John! Again I forgot my camera.
We came home in time for nap/quiet time and then the McCormack side started showing up for Christmas dinner! Just as people were starting to show up I caught Will admiring the gingerbread house and couldn't resist taking a few pictures of him! I got to snap a few with GG & Ben too! These are some of my favorite pictures from Christmas!
We had a nice afternoon with appetizers and presents! Then had our traditional lasagna & meatballs for dinner. Everyone was gone by 8pm and we were all in bed by 8:30pm! Christmas was exhausting to all of us!
