Strawberry Picking

Our summer bucket list is going full force since we have to cram all of summer into the first 6 weeks of summer since Abby's surgery is scheduled for July 11th. Strawberry picking was one of the first on the list! So we headed out to Wohletz Farm outside of Lawrence to pick us some yummy strawberries! The kids were beyond excited! And got to work picking and taste testing and then more taste testing! The kids were having a blast! I think they ate more than went into our tray. Will of course found mud and got stuck in it! The kids lasted about an hour before they were stuffed full of strawberries so we headed back to the city talking about all the ways we were going to use them. It was such a beautiful night and now a new family tradition has been started!
