The babies went for their 1 year check-up a few days after their birthday. They got a clean bill of health and are both right on track! Of course their was some tears when they got their shots but they bounced back quickly!
Abby had her 1 year cardio check up a few days later. The bad news is that the hole hasn't gotten smaller and her valve hasn't fixed itself either. The good news is that neither one of her issues have gotten any worse. So Dr B said he doesn't need to see her for 6 months! As of now surgery will still happen when she reaches 35lbs so probably when she's 5 or 6. Open heart surgery vs the catheter method was talked about briefly but nothing we need to decide on until we have a surgery date.
