Wednesday afternoon we had a crazy storm blow in. The wind, rain and hail were evil. It didn't last long but when it was over we didn't have power but we were some of the lucky ones because we didn't lose any trees or have any damage to the house. We got power back about midnight, so we were without power for about 9 hours. Again we are among the lucky ones, some people were told not to expect power until Sunday.

Wednesday was also the first day of the Just Between Friends Sale. It is a consignment sale for baby and children's clothes, toys and gear. Since we are first time parents we got to shop before it was open to the public. We were hoping to find a jogging stroller but didn't have any luck. We weren't quite sure what to expect but we did end up finding some good deals. We got a brand new moses basket, a travel swing, some toys, a humidifier and an extra almost new boppy for downstairs.
